Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order. No minimum, no codes, no surprises at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Please use a street address; we can't guarantee delivery to PO boxes. We don't ship internationally yet.

How long it takes

Each product page shows its delivery window, because our products ship from two warehouses:

- US warehouse: delivery in 3–7 days.

- China warehouse: delivery in the window shown on the product page (usually 5–12 days).

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they ship, and delivery windows count from dispatch. If your order has items from both warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delays

Carriers occasionally run late, especially around holidays and in bad weather. If your order hasn't arrived by the end of its delivery window, email us at Fetchandfold47@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows your parcel delivered but it isn't there, or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery. For damage, please include a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll sort out a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it if you email us before your order ships; after that, we can't redirect a parcel.
